Returns

Decadent Avenue strives to provide the best in customer satisfaction. Customers may return items once a return authorization is approved. Customers must contact Decadent Avenue within 48 hrs of delivery to initiate the return process. The returned product must be non-damaged and unused. Please include original packaging and all tags. Customers will be refunded the amount of the purchase price, minus round trip shipping and handling fees. The refund will be in the form of a Decadent Avenue store credit. Restocking fees may apply contingent upon the manufacturer. Fees may vary depending on manufacturer policy. Do not attempt to assemble or modify an item. Attempted assembly or modification will void returns. Limitations and exceptions may apply on sale items and other unique items. Please refer to product specifics for more information. Special orders and custom orders are not eligible for returns.


Damages

Damages must be reported upon arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect each item for damage as it is being brought into your residence. After all of your furniture is delivered, our driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt and you will receive a copy. Please note any damages or defects on the freight bill and refuse the damaged merchandise.

Normally, damaged or defective merchandise has to be returned for handling. If you have one piece damaged, please do not refuse your entire order as this causes the undamaged furniture to have to be re-transported and re-handled several times resulting in greater risk of damage.

We will work diligently to ensure your damaged item is returned, replaced or repaired. Any orders not reported as damaged at the time of arrival will not be eligible for replacement/repair.


Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation charges may apply if the item is a special order. An order cannot be cancelled once an item has shipped.
